Spearheaded the redesign of 4 fragmented internal tools into a single, unified operational platform — achieving 100% company-wide adoption and transforming how the operations team managed daily workflows.
The Challenge
Operations relied on multiple disconnected tools with inconsistent interfaces. Critical workflows required switching between systems, leading to errors, inefficiency, and a steep learning curve for new team members.
Approach
Audited every operational workflow across teams, identified shared patterns, and designed a modular system that consolidated core functions. Built a design system specifically for internal tools to ensure consistency and speed of future development.
Board Builder & Scoring
Designed the Board Builder tool for operations to manage NFL and MLB boards, along with a comprehensive scoring table and trading view — core tools used daily by the operations team.

100% adoption across the company. #1 internal tool. Reduced onboarding time for new operations staff to 1 day. Eliminated the need for 3 legacy systems.
